ITS does not provide support for Office 365 on personal devices. You should transfer all files to your personal drive before you leave UQ. When you leave UQ (including when you graduate), you must remove all Office 365 licences. If you are creating personal documents, or sending emails with a personal email account through the UQ licenced Office 365 Outlook, you can set the sensitivity to 'unofficial'.
